 Youth Mission Trip 2017

Information and Registration Form

YWAM San Francisco –  Monday, July 10 through Saturday, July 15

We are preparing for our 2017 summer youth mission trip!. We are planning on working with YWAM (Youth with a Mission) in San Francisco, CA, July 10 – 15, 2017. This will be a joint trip with students from West Highlands United Methodist and Meadow Springs Presbyterian Churches attending.

Students will spend the week working alongside YWAM staff to reach out to those affected by poverty. Activities that students will participate in range from prayer walks to hosting community lunches for the homeless to working in food banks. Students will also have dynamic worship and Bible study time.

Youth With a Mission San Francisco is a non-profit organization that seeks to engage the city of San Francisco with a loving God by reaching out to each sphere of society in unique, relevant, and creative ways. Established in 1995 they have 10 ministries that run throughout the Bay Area with 6 ministries in San Francisco.

The location of YWAM San Francisco, while not being unsafe, is filled with open drug use and pervasive language. As a result, ministry participants must be at least 12 years of age.

The cost for this opportunity is $650 per person and includes airfare, housing, food, transportation, ministry supplies, and a t-shirt.

More information on our fundraising plan will be sent in a separate email.
